First Meetings

First Chat:

We meet to discuss your vision and what you want to achieve.
Your Custom Proposal:
Based on our conversation, we craft a proposal that outlines the project, from the big picture down to the key details.
Book the date:
Once you’re happy with everything, concept and proposal, we sign a basic agreement contract and to finalise the date booking a 30% upfront fee will be the final step.

That’s it—then we’re off to the races!

2. Pre-Production

Pre-production is all about getting everything in order before the cameras start rolling. Everything is carefully mapped out so that when shooting day comes, things run smoothly.

Detailing the Plan:
From mood boards to research, locations, talents, scripts, crew — we cover it all.
We put together a detailed plan so nothing gets left out.

Stay in the Loop:
You can follow every update through our Project Portal. It’s our way of keeping you in the know about all the behind-the-scenes details.

We handle all the production logistics. You just show up to see your vision come to life.

Live Feed:
Watch everything in real-time on a live screen.
You can give quick thumbs-up or suggestions as we go along.

Our experienced directors and crew make sure every shot is just right.

4. Post-Production

for Videos

After the shoot, we move to editing — every choice we make is quality oriented to make you stand out from your competitors.

First Cut (V1):
You will receive the first version of your video, most often to confirm the storyline before all the visual and sound effects are applied.

Feedback Rounds:
We use a collaborative platform so you can leave comments right on the frame at any point in the video where you’d like to make a change. We go back and forth until you’re satisfied with the results.

4. Post-Production

for Photos

After the shoot, we move to editing — every choice we make is quality oriented to make you stand out from your competitors.

Quick Preselection:
Within couple days, you’ll get a PDF with our pre-selection of unedited images.
We always shoot a few extra images so you have options, this way, you can pick out exactly what you love!

Final Touches:
Once you’ve made your choices, our editors work their magic on each image. Expect your final, high-quality photos, plus an extra web-ready version.
