What you need to know

Booking System:
First, read the info and fill out the form below to book the shoot for yourself and your colleagues.
Then, either book each time slot individually, or share the link so your colleagues can choose a time that works for them.
Not sure who’s in? No worries. If few people still need to confirm, you can make a second booking later using the same form, so you don't risk losing the best time slots.
Session Duration:
Each portrait session lasts 10 minutes
Please arrive 5 minutes early to help us stay on schedule.

Inside the brand-new CIC Rotterdam Expansion
A perfect opportunity to try out the new studio while getting a high-end portrait.
Schedule:
Mon 23rd June: White background
Tue 24th June: Black background
Wed 25th June Morning: White background
Wed 25th June Afternoon: Black backgroundd
Background & Setup:
We’ll be shooting across 3 days — white background and black background.
Want something unique? Custom background colors can be arranged in advance for €100 per color — reach out at info@viisionarystudio.com.
Pricing:
During Tenants Portrait Week, you’ll benefit from exclusive launch rates — saving up to 50% off our regular studio pricing:
- 1-3 people – €75 per person
- 4-9 people – €65 per person
- 10+ people – €55 per person

The more people you book for, the more you save.
Last-minute rescheduling may be possible, but not guaranteed.
Last-minute cancellations will be charged at €40 per person.

Delivery:
You'll receive a preselection file with the 3/4 best shots. Once we receive your final pick, the edited photo should be coming your way within 5 business days.
